I went to the Book Fair at JCC today. And met with my boss. And given yet another assignment. No problem with me. But they (my boss and my friends) nearly dragged me to do a 'Silver Wind-meet-and-greet' with some 'fans'. *shakes head*

The 911 tragedy is still on everyone's conversations. Many people came to US Embassy to offer their condolences. And also to the house of the Indonesian guy who was on the plane. We all hope for the same thing... that nothing bad would happen here. That there wouldn't be any war.

*bitter smile* That'd be an appropriate poem for Indonesia too.

Damned idiots. *shakes head* Hope they wouldn't try to do anything moronic anymore, Reins!

I understand why some of you want blood. There was a polling on one of our TV stations yesterday. It's about if Indonesians think that USA should go for revenge or not. I wasn't surprised when I saw that more than 50% said go for revenge.

Just... don't do anything hasty, please. And remember that many Indonesians are there. And many of them are Moslems. I'm really worried about the Moslem community at the States now.

And if someone starts mentioning about Nostradamus' prophecy again, I'm gonna scream.

Y'know... at times like this, we come to realize how vulnerable we are. And one positive thing about the whole tragedy, it brings a sense of patriotism and nationalism to American citizens. Am I right? I can relate a little to that, because I had a same experience. When some of the uni students died on 1998 and 1999 and we managed to overthrow the old government... those were the times when I realized that I LOVE my country. And that I'm proud to be an Indonesian.

When you live far away from America, only read the newspaper and watch the news on TV, this catastrophe may seem impersonal to you. But when you read the entries on personal logs... made by people who actually experienced the whole thing... then you realize that this isn't impersonal anymore. Because the next target could be your country, your city and your loved ones. Then suddenly you'd break down and cry for this world. You cry for humanity.

Wish I were there. I want to donate my blood too.

Jen, oh my God... I'm really sorry to hear that. *can't say anything else* Oh my God...

Shit, Reins, Petronas was threatened also? And I can understand why Malaysian police is worried. The extremists of Phillipines, Malaysia and Indonesia could be conspiring to do some nasty things too.

I read the entries across a lot of blogs and I feel a sudden urge to cry. Especially when I read the one on Lucy's log. I'm not an American, I'd never be an American, and I don't love America, but this is too much. This is WAY too much. The only time I ever felt like this was back on May 1998. The unforgettable riot here.

USA government is not perfect, and I don't like it... but how could anyone do this to the innocent citizens?

And please, please, please don't blame the Moslems. I'm not a Moslem, but please don't blame all of them (if indeed a Middle East terrorist groups is behind all these). Only a few of them are responsible.

*evil grin* Indonesians, check this topic on KG out. It's about how inappropriate anime is for Indonesia. I'm having so much fun writing arguments to counter those idiots' so-called 'essays'. =P

So my darling and Garnet-chan's koi are still at Bandung. They would come home tomorrow. Oh well... Guess I'd go to that Animation Fair 2K1.

I met with a high school girl at UI train station today. I was writing something on my scheduler (which is full with anime and manga pics, especially Seishirou-san and Sanzou-san, BTW ^^;). She noticed it, and asked if I'm an anime fan. I said yes, of course. She's an anime-manga fan too. And she loves L'Arc~en~Ciel. And Seishirou-san. *maniacal laugh* And... she's a fan of Silver Wind's reviews on Animonster magazine. *falls down* She nearly fainted when she found out that I, well, am Silver Wind. Apparently, she thought that Silver Wind is a guy. Nyahaha... She almost hyperventilated when I told her about X OVA. *sweatdrops*

When I came home from the train station, I was caught in the heavy rain... and I was soaked from head to toe. ;_; I hope I wouldn't get sick. ;_;

Eve, I'm going to the Fair tomorrow. I don't think I'd watch anything, though. I want to request Tokyo Babylon OVA for Thursday. It's not like I need to watch it... I just want to sigh over Seishirou-san and Koyasu-sama's voice. =P And then maybe the other visitors would think I'm crazy. Nyahaha...

np: Ring The Noise - Yukihiro (Devil May Cry theme song)

I spent the entire morning (and afternoon) watching various anime, from Noir to Scryed and Gene Shaft. I think I'm gonna really like Scryed. XD It's subjective, y'know, since I'm almost positive that the seiyuu of the main chara is Hoshi Souichirou-sama. *twisted grin* And I want to say again that Fruits Basket is CU~~~TE! Shigeru is SO fine... and his seiyuu is Okiayu Ryutarou! But Neko-boy definitely is my favorite. XD *glomps Kyo*

Found the BEST The Ring site. Dammit all, Goblins Will Be Thine is truly nothing compared to that site. ;_; It even has the timeline of everything happened in The Ring universe! And the original story is WA~~~~Y scarier than the movie. Oi... *shivers*

When I went to Taman Anggrek Mall yesterday, I found a lot of anime music CDs! Especially Initial D CDs. Oh man... I almost drooled in front of the shelves. ^^;;

Aaaaaah... Harley is at Bandung right now, with his twin and some of the guys. ;_; Wish I could come with them. ;_; Oh well.
