TOWA
name: Sakuma Kazuto
born: April 10
height/weight: 175 cm/60 kg

The bassist of the band Lucifer on the series Kaikan Phrase. He once joined a band which cared more about their appearances than their songs and music. When he saw Sakuya, Santa and Yuki on a jam session at the livehouse Cradle, he stepped onto the stage at once and performed Midnight Crow with them and Atsuro. From then, Towa's fate with Lucifer has been pretty much sealed.

Currently listening to Egao no Mirai e by Horie Yui from Love Hina.

*thoughtful look* I wonder why there are so many contradictive opinions regarding my Love Hina fanfic. I tried a new style when I wrote it. I only wrote Naru's speech, without description of the scenes OR others' speech. Some people say that they have fun reading it because they can imagine what Naru is doing with other people around her. Like when she's talking to Kitsune, they can imagine her in the routenburo. But some other people say that it's confusing. I don't know... I myself think that wouldn't it be fun trying to imagine what other people say when Naru responses it with something? Or imagine what happens around her when Naru reacts in a certain way. But that's just me. Not everyone would think the same way. *shrugs*

Anyway, Indonesians or those of you who understands Bahasa Indonesia, visit Evangelion Indonesia! Or if you want to admire the Flash he has done, visit it! It's beautiful! *bows down to Qlooney*

Haha... some of CLAMP fans in Indonesia are going to have a gathering tomorrow. Anyone want to join us? ~__^ We would gather at Kinokuniya Plaza Indonesia, and then we'd continue it at Plaza Senayan.

Oh, it's time to change my ring tone again. I still love Yakusoku wa Iranai, but I'd change the White Reflection one. What to use this time? Forever Love? Yuzurenai Negai? Change The World? ~__^

I feel like writing a long rambling about manga series and mangaka this time, so be warned. ^_^;

Hikawa Kyoko-sensei does very very good-looking male chara. Izark Kia Tarj, Douglas Green, Fujiomi Kou, and lots others. They're all handsome, cool and each is really good at what he does. She also draws cute female chara, cute and silly sometimes, and downright clumsy at times. Best example for that is Shinohara Chizumi on Fujiomi-Chizumi series. But Hikawa-sensei lacks something... she can't draw clothes, IMHO. ^^; Unlike Kawachi Yukari, Hikawa-sensei can't draw characters who wear elaborate or fashionable clothes. However, if the chara are wearing simple clothes, they'd look really good! While for Kawachi Yukari-sensei, her female chara are always very very feminine-looking with pretty clothes too. Just look at her manga such as Wasurerarenai or Alice. Akaishi Michiyo-sensei? She draws pretty faces, both for boys and girls, but the body proportion is not good, sadly. However, her stories are still one of the best. Classic series such as Ten mo Yori Hoshi mo Yori or Hime 100% are still legendary here in Indonesia.

Another famous mangaka here is Yamato Waki, the creator of Miss Modern (I don't know the real title. Selene, do you know?), Yokohama Monogatari and Little New York. She's best at writing stories about the Meiji Restoration era. And she's also amazing in drawing female chara in kimono or classic gowns, and the guys in suits or uniforms. I find her old style more beautiful, though. And she's also funny! She can draw funny scenes really well! Who else, I wonder? Of course, the mangaka specializes in mystery, Matsumoto Yoko-sensei. She's funny too, and her artworks are breathtaking. Although her horror scenes are... downright frightening! But she's still one of the best mangaka ever, IMHO!

*looks at her rambling again*
Boy, this is another worthless post... ^^;

God, I love Chobits. It's just so cute! I love this scene:
Hideki: *is studying*
Chii: Hideki, fight!
Hideki: *blushes* Ah! Jeezz... Chii is REALLY cute!
Chii: c-u-t-e?
Hideki: Yes! Chii is cute!
Chii: c-u-t-e...
Chii: Hideki is cute too?
Hideki: *blushes again and says something I don't understand. Refusing that he's cute probably... XD*
Chii: *smiles* Hideki is cute too!

*hugs Chii* You adorable persocon, you... Can't wait to see what happens on the 2nd volume! XD

Currently listening to Shinshoku ~ Lose Control by L'Arc~en~Ciel.

Went to a very famous fancy store in Bogor today with a friend. Found Card Captor Sakura notebooks! Well, I think the stuffs are imported from Korea, because it's said on the covers Card Captor Cherry. In Korea, Sakura is changed into Cherry, right? However, the notebooks are really really cute. There are 3 different designs! Too bad I didn't bring any money with me today (I'm almost completely broke... ^^;), so I haven't bought them. But I'd go there again tomorrow. It was funny. I was just saying to my friend, 'I wish there were any Sakura stuffs in this store...' and jyaan! There they were, sitting nicely on one of the shelves. ^^;

Ginga has a new affiliate! It's Angela's site, A.N.G.E.L.! She has really pretty wallpapers! ^___^ *has saved them all into her HDD* Nice to be your affiliate, Angela-chan!

Hikaru-chan, oh my God, so sorry to hear about that! >__< I often went here a few months ago to get Laruku's wallpapers, but I never knew about the thief! *frowns* I wish I could do something!

Selene, Maruzen is closing? *blink blink* That's very weird. I meant, Maru isn't even closing here in Jakarta - and we have TWO Maru stores, BTW - and Kino is way more popular, IINM. Perhaps Kino has something to do with it? Maybe Kino's worried that Maru is more successful? *starts thinking about conspiracy*

Just got home. Tired~~~~~... *stretches and yawns*

Went to Kinokuniya today. Bought Angel Sanctuary #20 - finally... - AND Chobits #1! XD XD XD Chii-chan tottemo kawaii desu ne! I'm seriously thinking about changing my nickname to Chii right now. *grin* But my darling has forbidden it! =P Anyway, I'm writing a 1-page review of Chobits for next month's Animonster, along with a 2-pages review of Boys Be.... ^^; And I thought I could get away with a month break from writing for them...

And got a haircut! XD I look like a bishounen again now. ^^; Although someone still insists I look like Hikki... ;_; And saw lots of imported J-pop CDs. Including a box set of Long Vacation OST. Interesting... if only I were a loyal fan of it, I'd buy it instantly. Well, I'm not too fond of dorama, so who cares... ^_^;

I wonder why I get tired so easily these days... *thoughtful look* It's only 8 p.m. and I barely can open my eyes! ¬_¬

Okay, if the seiyuu is the same as the movie, than it's Furusawa Tohru. He does voices for Nakago on Fushigi Yuugi, Terada-sensei on CCS and Knives on Trigun. XD Sexy voice~~~~~! Although I still prefer Koyasu Takehito, though... ^^; And the seiyuu of Setsuka has a real~~~~ly nice voice! I wonder who it is...

*maniacal laugh*
Thank you very much, Qlooney from Anime in Indonesia! Thank you for pointing me to this link! ~__^ I got the accoustic version of Silent Wind and the Japanese version of A Wonderful World! Love them!

And lots of people are still talking about that matter... ^_^;; Whatever, I'd just sit here nicely and observe. Anyway, I was supposed to do my assignment with my friends today. But what did I find when I arrived at campus? They decided to do it tomorrow. ¬_¬ Thanks, guys. And it rained really hard... ;_; Thank God I'm at home right now.

New Animonster is out! The cover, pin-up and poster, all feature Saiyuuki! XD XD And combined, my Saiyuuki and CCS 2nd movie reviews are 11 pages total! XD Okay, where's my salary? *perks up* BTW, I have something to protest to them... ^^; They edited my Saiyuuki review, and on the end, it's written there 'This review is written by Silver Wind and dedicated to Animonster'. Uh-huh, and whoever said that, I wonder? =P The only note I wrote was 'Special thanks to Aoi Housen for making me obsessed with Sanzou-sama too'. *winks at As-chan* AND they added something on the CCS 2nd movie review, so it appeared when I wrote about Sakura-Syaoran, I was also talking about me and Suppi! *hits Joe* Anta~~~!! ^^;

Hikaru-chan, thank you very much! ^__^ Glad you like it, and his eyes? *curious* He who? Am I allowed to know? Towa? Or someone else? XD Ne, ne... *nudge nudge* Interested to make wallpapers out of my scans? *wink wink* And what were we talking about? I forgot too! XD Oh! I was saying that I love your wallpapers! XD

I LOVE this song! Although I have no idea what the words mean! It's almost the same of Escaflowne's Sora (BTW, Selene, you still want the lyric of Sora? I have the translation too).

*laughs* So lots of anime fans in Indonesia begin to unite. Well, I think I'd join the next gathering on Saturday. As long as you guys don't suddently have a 'Silver Wind meet-and-greet'! *grin*

Currently listening to X Character File OST.

And the winamp keeps coming back to all X skins I have. ^^; How appropriate. And suddenly I find myself wishing so that X (Hymne du Groupe) and Forever Love would be kept as the OP and ED of X TV series. *sweatdrops* But... hmm... Laruku's Pieces is good too. And so's GLAY's Surival. Too bad Kaikan Phrase has used it first as its OP.

Ginga is updated with a new look! And it's my darling beautiful Kaine! *maniacal laugh* I have to put my long-neglected Sailor Moon fanfics on hiatus, finally, or I'd get complaints about it... *sighs* Anyway, there's only one new fanfic, and I've featured it here on this log. *grin* It's here. A new site called snapshots, this time, off s-net. I'd get other scans uploaded ASAP. Two new mp3s (actually, it's 4, but Okashi no Uta and Snowdrop ~ Hydeless ver. have been up for quite a long time), Currents from Suikogaiden or something, and the image song for Ginga this time: Shinshoku ~ Lose Control by L'Arc~en~Ciel.

I want to join this clique. I LOVE Kaine! *hugs the insane red-headed J-rocker* And THIS!!! Which one to adopt? Which one to adopt?

Selene, you wrote an almost same thing on almost the same time as myself. ^^; Yes, indeed... this world IS macam-macam.
Anyway, sure, feel free to use any pic you want! ~__^ And what do you mean, raid my collection of goodies? *grin* Hmm... *looks around her room frantically* Well, these X wallscrolls are to be hidden then... v^_^ Maybe I could drag you to my house? ~_^

Currently listening to Escaflowne drama CD Prologue: Earth.

*thoughtful look* Have you ever noticed that logs tend to be the place to bash other people these days? Well, it is one's private place, but it's for public viewing, right? I bet lots of you know what I'm talking about. *sighs* I saw opinions regarding that matter on various logs. Anyway, if you don't know what it is, good for you. I kinda regret finding about it. ^^; Now I'm a little wary writing my entries here. *sweatdrops*

ANYWAY! Bishounen-lovers, I think you're gonna love these pictures. Especially if you're a fan of TowaXAtsuro/AtsuroXTowa pairings, you're gonna love it... ^^; If anyone's interested in bigger pics, let me know!
Argh! I'm supposed to be a fan of Yuki! *bangs head against keyboard* not Towa! ^^; Oh well... Towa is nice too. So who cares... =P

Well, since I'm living in a soon-to-be bankrupt country - if Gus Dur doesn't do anything about it ;_; - might as well make the best of it for now. ^^; It's getting really really funny looking at those clowns who call themselves politicians. Hell, Indonesians practically don't need movies to entertain ourselves! We've had enough of actions in our daily lives! That is, if we don't get involved in those action sequences and die as the results... >__<

Currently listening to Kanata Kara Drama CDs #4-6.

*swoons*
I love Hayami Sho's voice! He sounds so evil as Rachef, but that's what makes him so cool! *grin* And now I know that Miki Shinichirou can scream nicely. ^^;

¬_¬ My brother accidentally shut the electricity of our house down a few minutes ago, and that made me lost all my typed entry. T__T Oh well, I hope I can remember what I was writing here...

So, how's the new look? *squinting at the layout* Everyone can see it just fine, I hope? Does it screw up on any resolution? Let me know, ne? And comments, please! Anyway, meet Towa. Very beautiful, isn't he? This is a scan from Mayu Shinjo Postcard Book. And there's a bigger version of it on SA-KU-YA, plus the chara data info. Can't read it, though, except for the basic data. ^^; Dammit! I'm supposed to be a fan of Yuki! But Towa is just too beautiful! Oh, I originally was going to use the group pic of Lucifer, but the temptation to use this pic is just too great. XD Gomen ne, Suppi! ^^;

To As-chan, I'm still looking for a good webspace to u/l all those postcard scans. I'd let you know the URL tomorrow morning, okay? And... *winks* you've promised me the scans of the Drama CD's booklets... *nudge nudge* can I have them? I want to use Izark for the layout after Towa! Plea~~~~se? Thanks, my dear!

Selene, ara? Why do you want to whack my darling schizophrenic DragonSlayer? XD So, how's your preparation for the exams, my dear? *grinning* And about bubur ayam, hell, I live in Indonesia and I haven't eaten bubur ayam for a long time! XD I just had a great serving of mie Medan, though. ^___^

Lisette, wha...?? T__T Well, I guess we wouldn't have the chance to have any gathering, ne? Anyway, I hope you'd get a good job soon! ^__^

Thursday, April 5, 2001 // 05:18 p.m.

Currently listening to Bike by Sakamoto Maaya, from Chikyuu Shoujo Arjuna OST: ARJUNA Into Another World.

I love Chikyuu Shoujo Arjuna, I love the songs and music from it, I love Kanno Yoko and I love Sakamoto Maaya!
Some of the songs from Arjuna OST and Maaya's new album, Lucy, can be found here.

*takes a deep breath* I love Arjuna music!
There, I've declared how much I love Arjuna. *grins*
But it's true, I really really want to watch the rest of it. I heard that's it's quite hard to understand, though. Even on the end. But still! The animation and the music is awesome... I wish Maaya had voiced Juna, though. Although Juna's seiyuu is nice too!

I still wonder why they name it 'Arjuna'. Or 'Arujuna', whatever. Because Arjuna is a warrior-prince. XD Yes, Arjuna is indeed played by a female on Indonesian's 'wayang orang', but is that the reason? Anyway, speaking of Indonesian's legends, we also have our version of Ayashi no Ceres too. It's called 'Jaka Tarub' here. I wonder what would happen if someone is to make an anime out of Mahabharata or Baratayudha or Ramayana. Would Rama end up as a bishonen? XD Would they use magic and modern weaponry like Saiyuuki? Now that'd be interesting to see, wouldn't it?

Currently listening to Pink Spider by Siam Shade.

God, I'm so tired. @__@

Went to Taman Anggrek Mall with my darling yesterday, and finally had all the pics from Pekan Anime (2)+ and Animanga's Fifth Impact processed. Okay, there's a pic of my little brother doing a WAFFY shonen-ai scene with another guy. *laughs* And boy, my hair was so short back in January... =P I really need a haircut. Anyway, the pics are nice, I need to get my darling to scan them.

Suppi said that I look really really tired. Especially my eyes. I don't know why. I feel I've had enough sleep already, but I AM still feeling tired. Oh man...

Ooo... Leareth just updated her site with a really weird (but nice too) Tokyo Babylon-fic. Love it... Especially Hokuto's conversation with Kakyou. *laughs*

Hikaru-chan moved her log and changed the layout. Kawaii...

Selene, if you're reading this, don't! *laughs* Shoo, go back studying! ~__^ Oh yes, I've sent my number to your ICQ. I don't know if my provider supports international SMS, though. Hmm, just have to try it. I can reply back to ICQ, but international? *shrugs* Anyway, when we chatted, I forgot to tell you that your new layout is really nice! And 'Standard Deviation'? XD The first thing came to mind when I heard it: T Score. Mean = 50. SD = 10. *sweatdrops* Oh, and you're from SMUK I, right? My oniisama was a graduate from SMUK III, years ago. So I know, your school does have that reputation. ^^;

Lisette, are you going home this December? I think Mel is coming home, and who knows, we could have another crazy gathering, right? ~__^ Sorry to hear about your friend, I've gone through that with some of my 'friends' and I think I know exactly what you feel... @__@

And to you both *pointed looks at Selene and Lisette* now that you have CCS 2nd movie, go and watch it! XD It's probably one of the cutest anime I've ever seen. Be prepared for over-dosage of cuteness!!!

I was mentally making a layout for this log yesterday. So I think I know how it'd look... but I have to get SA-KU-YA scanned first. -_-;; And I have to get the postcard book scans too. That Towa pic is nice for added spice. *evil grin*

BTW, Selene, I was going to give you my cell number, but since you mention SMS... *wary looks*

Currently listening to Yubiwa by Sakamoto Maaya from Escaflowne the movie: A Girl in Gaea.

For the first time in my short life as Animonster's contributor, I refuse an assignment. *amazed* They asked me to review Vandread, which I quite love, BTW. I'm quite a fan of Vandread, but I'm just not in the right mood to review anything. But of course, I'd still review Hand Maid May for the following month.

Anyway, I haven't featured this story on my site. Nevertheless, try to read it. I wonder if you'd think I'm crazy or not. *laughs*

Lisette- *laughs* I know, I know. ^^; I've gone through those torturous subjects too. Anthropobiology and of course, the joy of being an Indonesian student: Pancasila and Kewiraan. *crooked grin* To tell you the truth, dear, I hate biology with passion too. But since it's one of the 'must-be-taken' subjects, I thought, "Ah, hell... Let's just graduate from that class ASAP!".
And about Maru and Kino... actually their prices do not differ much. It's just... hmm, when I was in Maru, I saw Akechi manga, Get Backers, Inu-Yasha and the likes. When I was in Kino, I saw Aa! Megami-sama, Kaikan Phrase, X and the likes. See what I mean? I guess Maru tends to stock the less-popular titles in Indonesia, I guess, although they are popular in the rest of the world! *laughs*

Selene, ohh... eps #2? ~__^ What do you think now?
